Edge Computing
Strategy & mandate
Develops and acquires edge computing facilities together with modular and prefabricated data centers, serving enterprise applications requiring low-latency processing close to metropolitan population centers as well as tenants with rapid capacity-deployment requirements.
Modular and prefabricated construction methods enable materially faster deployment timelines than conventional data center construction, while edge locations are selected in carrier-dense markets that maximize network connectivity options. Revenue is generated through long-term tenancy agreements with enterprise and cloud customers.
