Alexandra Pohl founded BlueBrick to bring institutional-grade underwriting discipline to data center infrastructure at a moment when hyperscale demand was outpacing the capital structures designed to serve it.
She structured the platform as a portfolio of 21 dedicated investment funds across the 2026 and 2028 vintages — each mandate purpose-built for a distinct segment of digital demand, from hyperscale AI campuses and quantum-ready facilities to strategy-based Core, Value-Add, Growth, and Opportunistic vehicles — recognizing that data center infrastructure is not a monolithic asset class but a set of specialized underwriting problems that require dedicated engineering, tenant relationships, and operations capabilities.
As Chair of the Investment Committee, Alexandra holds final approval authority on all capital deployment decisions across the platform. She leads investor relations, oversees the operations platform, and directs the firm’s strategic partnerships with hyperscale operators, government agencies, and enterprise customers.

Investment Committee

LP Advisory Committees
Each investment fund maintains a separate LP Advisory Committee established at first close, providing LP representation on material conflicts, fund-level amendments, and GP discretion determinations.
External Advisers
PwC serves as auditor across all vehicles. LePore Law Group provides legal counsel. Independent fund administration is retained for each investment fund.
Platform Oversight
Cross-fund conflict monitoring, quarterly performance reviews, and annual ESG reporting apply platform-level oversight to all twenty-nine fund vehicles.
