Inside the Portal
- Capital account statements — real-time capital balance, contributed capital, distributions, and unrealized value by fund.
- Tax documents — federal and state Schedule K-1s, PFIC statements, and supporting schedules.
- Capital call & distribution notices — historical and forward calendar with wire instructions.
- Quarterly fund reports — portfolio construction, asset-level performance, occupancy, tenant credit, and pipeline.
- Annual audited financials — Big Four audited GAAP financial statements for each fund vehicle.
- Document library — LPAs, PPMs, side letters, sub docs, and ADV disclosures.
Security
The LP Portal uses SSO-based two-factor authentication, encrypted transport (TLS 1.3), encrypted storage, granular role-based permissions, and quarterly independent penetration testing. Session activity is logged and retained pursuant to BlueBrick’s cybersecurity policy.
