Network & Interconnection
Strategy & mandate
Combines carrier-neutral Internet exchange, network hub, and content delivery infrastructure with subsea cable landing station assets — the onshore infrastructure terminating submarine fiber optic cables that carry international internet traffic.
Both sub-strategies benefit from irreplaceable network density, high switching costs, and structural growth in internet traffic and content consumption. The fund's tenant base spans ISPs, CDNs, enterprise networks, and cable system owners seeking secure, resilient landing and interconnection infrastructure.
