Ultra-Low-Latency & Quantum Data Center
Strategy & mandate
Combines two specialized, latency- and precision-sensitive mandates: ultra-low-latency data centers serving financial services applications, and quantum-ready data center infrastructure engineered to the power quality, shielding, and environmental stability standards that quantum computing hardware requires.
Both sub-strategies command premium pricing from tenants for whom physical infrastructure characteristics are a direct input to performance — measurable latency advantage for financial services customers, and quantum-grade certification for early quantum computing deployments. Together they give the fund differentiated positioning at the technical frontier of the data center sector.
